Are your vests really "bullet proof"?
No vest is truly bulletproof unfortunately. The vests and carriers that we do offer though ensure that under the proper conditions, they are more than capable of saving your life at the indicated protection level.
What do the levels (Level IIIA, III, IV etc.) mean?
What is the difference between body vests and plate carriers?
Body vests are anti ballistic gear that have armor plates directly sewn or attached onto the vest which are usually more easily worn under other clothing making them concealable and can be easier to put on or remove. Plate carriers are vests that have slots for body plates so that you are able to determine the protection level you need. Not all plate carriers come with plates and unless you already own plates you may have to purchase them separately.
There is something I want that you do not have.
We work with a large number of suppliers and have many products that we sell but cannot always make available on our site. If there is anything in particular you are looking for, please contact us here and we will do our best to help you find it, even if it's not from us.
Do you price match?
We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. To show our confidence in our prices, we offer a price guarantee to our customers. If you find out within six months from your purchase of an item that our company offered an item for a price higher than our competition, we will refund the difference. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is really simple. Just click the "Add to Cart" button when you find something you would like to purchase and proceed to checkout. If you're shopping for multiple items, just add all the items you would like to buy to the cart and click the cart button in the top right corner to complete your purchase.
What payment methods can I use for my order?
We accept most major credit cards along with Paypal all completely secure in our system and we never save your personal information beyond fufilling your order.
What currency is used on the site?
Our products are primarily displayed in USD. We are working on making our products available to international customers where possible.
I made a mistake in my order.
If you contact us here before your order is fulfilled we will be able to modify your order. If your order has already shipped then we are unable to make any changes at that point. If you still would like to make a change afterwards, please contact us at the page mentioned above and we will do our best to help.
Do you offer any types of discounts?
We offer a special discount for Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders. Send your Photo of an ID, letterhead, or email from an official account, etc and we'll send you a coupon code for 10% off your order.
*Please note that certain products may not be eligible for this discount and cannot be stacked with other promotions.
Why can't I use a discount code?
Some discount codes may not work for certain products due to various reasons. Many times, certain discount codes might require a minimum purchase price or only apply to certain products.
Additionally, discount codes might not apply to products which we have low margins or we may have pre-arranged agreements with the manufacturer/vendor not to offer them below a certain price.

Why was my card charged but my order not shipped yet?
Payment is processed immediately upon order checkout. As many of our products are manufactured to order, they have extended lead times and will be shipped to you upon completion.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs can vary depending on the location and type of item. Most of our protective vests and gear will ship for free unless stated otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
We are unable to ship most hard armor and vests outside of the US due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms) regulations. If you would like to inquire about whether a particular product does allow for international shipping, please contact us here.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
Lead times are highlighted at the top of most products descriptions on our website. If not, depending on the delivery address and the item, delivery on average can take anywhere from 10-30 business days. Certain vests and carriers have long lead times as they are manufactured on demand, or are higher in demand.
Additionally, various external events have previously, and may in the future, cause a significant increase in demand for body armor products which may also delay or temporarily increase lead times for various products.
It is the customer's responsibility to make note of the specific lead times mentioned on the product page. If you are not sure about a product's lead time, you may contact us at support@bulletproofzone.com before placing your order.
Important Note: Once your order has shipped you will receive 2 communications about your order. We do not send any “update” emails in-between because as it would significantly slow down production to check every order in the pipeline.

How can I track the status of my order?
When your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number. To see the status of your order, just enter your tracking number in the corresponding carrier's website.
Why did my order not come in package?
We work with multiple warehouses and suppliers throughout several areas in the US and Europe. Depending on the items you purchased, they may come from different locations. If you have not received your entire order within 40 business days or within the estimated date of arrival on your tracking information, please contact us here with your order number.
There is a problem with my order. What should I do?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us here with your order number and the problem regarding your order and one of our representatives will assist you as soon as possible.
What is Premium Priority Fulfilment?
We usually have a long queue of orders that require processing and shipping. When you select Premium Priority Fulfillment, your order is moved to the front of the queue so that you order is processed and shipped faster than other orders. Additionally, many items have limited stock so Premium Priority Fulfillment also better ensures you receive a product, especially popular ones, before it is sold out.

Cancellation and Returns
What is your return policy?
We back all our products with a customer satisfaction guarantee, so we created a fair cancellation policy. In most cases, all orders are final and cannot be canceled once the order has been processed. If the order is within the proper time frame, contact Bulletproof Zone. This policy will be reviewed on an individual basis. All sales are final on all closeout items.Should you cancel an order because you placed the order in error or wish to return your order after delivery for any reason other than a product defect or misrepresentation, you are subject to an administration and restocking fee equal to 10% of your order with a minimum of $35, whether or not your order has shipped.Bulletproof Clothing products from brands such as MC Armor, Israel Catalog, Masada Armor, BulletBlocker, Tread Armament, Talos Ballistics, Wonder Hoodie or others, are custom manufactured and therefore, all sales are final and cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun or cannot be returned unless there is a product defect or misrepresentation.Unless noted otherwise on the product description page, return requests must be made within 14 calendar days upon receipt of shipment. Gear must be unused and in original packaging. Though we offer “free shipping” on many of our items, it does not mean there is not an expense associated with the shipping. Shipping is factored into the cost. Should you return a product that was ordered by mistake, without defect, etc., you will be responsible for our original shipping cost(s) associated with the transaction. Should an item be returned because it was defective, misrepresented, not as described, etc., Bulletproof Zone will issue a full refund and will reimburse the customer for all shipping expenses associated with the return. However, the product must be returned via USPS flat-rate shipping in order to receive a shipping expense refund. Buyers must ensure all returned parcels receive delivery AND signature confirmation. Insurance is highly recommended as we cannot issue a refund for an item that we do not receive back should it get lost/damaged during transit.Please allow 5-10 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. What if the item I receive is damaged?
We work very closely with our suppliers for the best products available and shipping carriers so they get to you in perfect condition. In the event that you unfortunately receive your product in a less than ideal state, please contact us here or email us at support@bulletproofzone.com with your order number as well as any photos or videos of the damaged product.
Can I cancel after ordering?
