CM-7M gas mask
The CM-7M® full-face respirator is constructed from bromobutyl rubber with a hypoallergenic inner mask. Dual-layer construction reduces fogging and eases breathing resistance, measured at a maximum of 30 Pa on inhalation and 60 Pa on exhalation at 30 L/min airflow. A scratch-resistant polycarbonate visor delivers a general field of vision of at least 70% and a binocular field of vision of at least 80%, with 180-degree visibility. A built-in speech diaphragm provides 95% speech intelligibility so communication remains possible while masked.
The 5-point harness is helmet-compatible and supports up to 30 hours of continuous wear. A pre-installed hydration spout and external canteen are included. The mask also works with Camelbak hydration systems via a Type M adapter (sold separately). Optical inserts for eyeglass wearers are available separately and slide into the mask's rubber slip channel. Both inhalation chambers accept EN 148-1 standard 40 mm x 1/7" NATO-threaded filters; the unused chamber must be sealed with the included filter plug.
NBC-77 SOF filter
The NBC-77 SOF® CBRN filter is composed of sorbents with active and impregnated carbon, housed in an impact-resistant polymer shell. It connects via STANAG 4155 (EN 148-1) compliant 40 mm x 1/7" NATO threading and can be mounted to either the left or right inhalation chamber. The filter is rated for environments with at least 19.5% ambient oxygen. It provides protection from radioactive particles, viruses, bacteria, gases, vapors, and a range of noxious fumes until decontamination can be performed. Both the CM-7M mask and the NBC-77 SOF filter carry a 20-year shelf life.
Note: Due to limited stock, the NBC-77 SOF® filter may ship in Ranger Green or Sandstone instead of Black. Color varies, but performance and specifications are identical across all color variants.
Potassium iodide tablets
Each kit includes 20 ThyroSafe™ potassium iodide tablets at 65 mg per tablet. ThyroSafe™ is the only FDA-approved potassium iodide tablet available in the United States. The tablets help prevent thyroid damage from radioactive iodine exposure, which can dissipate up to 200 miles downwind from a nuclear event. A single dose protects the thyroid for approximately 24 hours; radioactive iodine absorbed after dosing is rapidly flushed from the body. Each tablet features a cross-score for reduced dosing in children. Tablets should be taken before or as soon as possible after exposure to elevated radiation levels. Store at 20–25°C (68–77°F), dry, with foil intact.
Drop-leg pouch
The MIRA Safety® drop-leg gas mask pouch holds the entire assembled kit while keeping it accessible on the leg rather than buried in a bag. The pouch is constructed from 600-denier ripstop nylon with a padded back panel for comfort during extended carry. A Y-harness configuration with heavy-duty straps and quick-release swivel buckles secures the pouch without shifting under movement. A separate cuff pouch (4" H x 2.25"–4.5" W) provides additional storage for the potassium iodide tablets or filter plug.
Storage guidelines
Store the kit in a dark, cool, dust-free location with regular ventilation and no sudden temperature swings. Acceptable storage temperatures range from 10°C to 25°C with relative humidity up to 65%. Do not expose stored equipment to direct sunlight, radiant heat, fuels, solvents, lubricants, or devices that generate electric sparks or ozone. Avoid compressing or deforming rubber facepiece components. Inspect the sealing gasket regularly to confirm an effective seal. Potassium iodide tablets should be stored separately at 20–25°C (68–77°F) with foil intact.

What does this kit protect against?
The NBC-77 SOF filter is rated for radioactive particles, viruses, bacteria, gases, vapors, and a range of noxious fumes in environments with at least 19.5% ambient oxygen. The potassium iodide tablets specifically protect the thyroid from radioactive iodine exposure for approximately 24 hours per dose. The mask does not supply oxygen; in oxygen-deficient environments below 19.5%, a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is required instead.
Is one size of the CM-7M mask right for me?
It depends on your face measurements. The mask is available in Small, Medium, and Large. The 5-point adjustable harness provides a flexible fit, but the sealing gasket must contact bare skin — facial hair or any obstruction that breaks the seal will compromise protection. Can I use my existing 40 mm NATO filters with the CM-7M mask?
Yes. Both inhalation chambers accept any EN 148-1 standard 40 mm x 1/7" NATO-threaded filter. The unused chamber must be sealed with the included filter plug. Confirm that any third-party filter is compatible with EN 148-1 threading before use.
How long do the mask and filter last in storage?
Both the CM-7M mask and the NBC-77 SOF filter carry a 20-year shelf life when stored correctly — in a dark, cool, dust-free location at 10°C–25°C with relative humidity below 65%, away from fuels, solvents, and ozone-producing equipment. Inspect the rubber facepiece and sealing gasket regularly. Potassium iodide tablets should be stored at 20–25°C with foil intact.
Can children use this kit?
The ThyroSafe potassium iodide tablets include a cross-score specifically for reduced-dose administration to children. The CM-7M mask, however, is sized for adults (Small, Medium, Large) and requires a full facial seal against bare skin. It is not designed for use by young children. Does this kit ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available to 175 countries. All U.S. orders, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, ship free. International customers should verify local import regulations for gas masks and potassium iodide tablets before ordering, as restrictions vary by country.
Bulletproof Zone will ship orders as soon as possible. For example, if you purchase three items, they will be shipped to you based on lead time and availability. This way you get as much of your order as soon as possible, which means that your order may come in separate packages, especially if you order products from different manufacturers.
We will bear the shipping cost for products returned because of product defect, misrepresentation, or false description. Afterward, we will initiate a full reimbursement should you decline an offer to replace the item with the same item of equal value and assured quality.
Order Confirmation:

This means that your order has been logged in our system and your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. Order Shipment:
Orders are shipped within five business days from the date of your order unless specified otherwise on the product page. The product page will contain the most accurate estimate on shipping and lead times. Shipping and lead times provided on the product page are our best estimates based various factors including order volume, information from our manufacturer, raw material fluctuations, etc., and may vary due to these factors.
You will receive an email containing the tracking information of your order after the order has been shipped to your location. If you do not receive tracking information from us within seven business days of the lead time specified on the product page, feel free to follow up with us at orders@bulletproofzone.com.
Bulletproof Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A tracking number will be provided when the package is shipped. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a safe place to receive mail. Once an item has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the seller is not responsible should that item go missing.
Some of our products are carried by manufacturers in various countries. Due to the nature and cost of the products that Bulletproof Zone sells, you may be charged additional import duties upon delivery. Our support team can help in investigating abnormally high import duty charges but we are unable to cover the cost of any import duties.
Damages:
We take full responsibility for any obvious damage to your product caused by wrong packaging or delivering an already defective product. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should document it when signing for delivery. If the item(s) contained in the package arrives damaged, please send photos to support@bulletproofzone.com, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Returns and Cancellation Policy:
We back all our products with a customer satisfaction guarantee, so we created a fair return and cancellation policy.
All sales are final. No Refunds, No Cancellations. In most cases, once the order is processed, it is final and not cancellable. We may allow exceptions due to an order error or wish to return your order after delivery for any reason other than a product defect or misrepresentation. Any cancellation request is subject to an administration and cancellation fee equal to 10% of your order with a minimum of $35, whether order shipment is successful or not.
All sales are final on all closeout items and for custom manufactured bulletproof clothing once the manufacturing process has begun or not returnable unless there is a product defect or misrepresentation. Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a return authorization from our customer service representative. We can only process AUTHORIZED returns for items.
To make a Return or Exchange:

Return or exchanges request submission must be within 14 calendar days upon receipt of shipment unless noted otherwise on the product description page. Your return must be in original packaging and unused.
We encourage using USPS flat-rate shipping in returning products to receive a shipping expense refund. Buyers must ensure all returned parcels delivery receipt AND signature confirmation. We highly recommend insuring your parcel as we cannot issue a refund for an item that we do not receive back should it get lost/damaged during transit.
Refunds:
Should an item be returned because it was defective, misrepresented, not as described, etc., Bulletproof Zone will issue a full refund and will reimburse the customer for all shipping expenses associated with the return.
Please allow 5-10 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
