The 4-inch outer belt pairs with an included 1 3/4-inch hook-lined underbelt, and the front stiffener has been removed to allow free movement into and out of non-standard shooting positions. Available in four colors and sizes Medium through XXL.

Built to Carry Heavy Loads Without the Bulk

The VTAC Skirmish Belt is narrower than the standard VTAC Battle Belt, which keeps overall weight down while the belt's construction remains stiff enough to support a full complement of pouches and accessories. The reduced width and retained rigidity mean the belt stays in place and holds its shape under load rather than rolling or sagging over a long day of use.

Full 360-Degree Gear Mounting

The Skirmish Belt can be rigged to mount gear all the way around the waistline. Slots built into the belt let the wearer choose how individual pieces of kit attach, making the system adaptable to different mission configurations without requiring a full re-rig. The hook lining on the outer belt grips the included underbelt to keep the system from shifting during movement.

Front Cutout for Unrestricted Movement

Removing the stiffener from the front section of the Skirmish Belt is a deliberate design choice: it lets the wearer drop into kneeling, prone, or other non-standard shooting positions without the belt fighting against the body's natural bend. The rest of the belt retains its structure, so gear placement on the sides and rear is not compromised by the front relief.

Features

Included underbelt: 1 3/4-inch hook-lined inner belt ships with the outer belt as a complete system

4-inch outer belt width: narrower profile than the VTAC Battle Belt for reduced weight with maintained stiffness

Front stiffener removed: allows movement into non-standard shooting positions without restriction

360-degree gear mounting: belt can be rigged to carry kit all the way around the waistline

Slot-based attachment system: slots let the wearer select how gear attaches to the belt

Made in the USA: manufactured by Viking Tactics in Fayetteville, NC

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Outer Belt Width

4 inches

Underbelt Width

1 3/4 inches

Size / Laid-flat Length

Medium: 33 1/2 in | Large: 36 1/2 in | XL: 40 in | XXL: 43 in

Colors

Black, Coyote, OD Green, Black Multicam (MCam outer / Black underbelt), Coyote Multicam (MCam outer / Coyote underbelt)

Weight

2 lb

Packaged Dimensions

14 x 12 x 6 in

Origin

Made in the USA

Cobra Belt

Sold separately

Who This Is For and Isn't

The VTAC Skirmish Belt with Underbelt suits shooters, military personnel, and security professionals who want a modular, load-bearing belt system that stays stiff under weight while still allowing freedom of movement in dynamic positions.
