viking-tactics-vtac-scuffle-concealed-carry-belt
Viking Tactics VTAC Scuffle Concealed Carry Belt

The Viking Tactics VTAC Scuffle is a lightweight nylon underbelt designed for daily wear and concealed carry, available in Medium through XXL to fit waists up to 51 inches. At 1.5 inches wide with a low-profile interlocking front buckle, the Scuffle sits close to the body without the bulk that interferes with appendix carry or other concealment setups. It is available in black and grey and comes in four sizes.

Built Thin Enough to Disappear

The VTAC Scuffle's 1.5-inch width and smooth front buckle keep the belt from printing or creating visible bulk under a cover garment. The interlocking buckle design eliminates the dead space that a traditional tongue-and-hole or velcro closure can leave, so appendix carry and other close-to-body concealment devices sit flush without being pushed out or shifted.

Works Under a Duty Belt

The Scuffle's thin nylon construction is sized to serve as an underbelt beneath a full duty or gun belt. Running a duty belt over the Scuffle adds a stable, low-profile foundation without adding noticeable bulk or creating pressure points during extended wear.

Stepless Sizing Across Four Sizes

The Scuffle uses no velcro, so adjustment is not limited to fixed hook-and-loop zones: the buckle slides to wherever it sits best. Viking Tactics sizes all of its belts on a consistent scale, so a buyer who wears Large in the Scuffle will wear Large in other VTAC belt models as well.

Features

Interlocking front buckle: low-profile closure with no wasted space at the buckle face

1.5-inch width: fits standard belt loops and sits under a duty belt without interference

No velcro: stepless adjustment across the full length of the belt

Nylon construction: lightweight material assembled in the USA

Discreet appearance: available in black and grey, without overt tactical styling

Specifications

Size

Maximum Waist

Width

Weight

Medium

Up to 39 in

1.5 in

1 lb

Large

Up to 43 in

1.5 in

1 lb

XL

Up to 47 in

1.5 in

1 lb

XXL

Up to 51 in

1.5 in

1 lb

Specification

Detail

Material

Nylon

Buckle

Interlocking front buckle (manufactured outside USA)

Colors

Black, Grey

Assembly

USA

Who This Is For and Isn't

The VTAC Scuffle suits everyday carriers who want a slim, unobtrusive underbelt for concealed carry, including appendix carry, and anyone who needs a stable foundation layer beneath a duty or gun belt. The stepless buckle and four generous sizes make it a practical fit for a wide range of body types.

The Scuffle is not a standalone duty belt or a load-bearing platform for heavy pouches, holsters, or MOLLE-attached gear. It is not designed to be the outer belt in a two-belt system. Buyers who need a rigid, high-retention outer belt should pair the Scuffle with a dedicated duty belt rather than relying on the Scuffle alone.

Common Questions

What is the VTAC Scuffle designed to do?

The VTAC Scuffle is a lightweight nylon underbelt intended for daily concealed carry and use beneath a duty or gun belt. Its 1.5-inch width and interlocking front buckle keep the belt low-profile enough for appendix carry and other close-to-body concealment setups without creating bulk or interfering with a belt worn over it.

How does sizing work, and which size should I choose?

The VTAC Scuffle is available in Medium (up to 39 in), Large (up to 43 in), XL (up to 47 in), and XXL (up to 51 in). Viking Tactics sizes all of its belts on a consistent scale, so the same size worn in the Scuffle will correspond to the same size in other VTAC belt models.

Does the Scuffle use velcro for adjustment?

The VTAC Scuffle does not use velcro. Adjustment is stepless along the full belt length via the interlocking front buckle, so fit is not limited to fixed hook-and-loop zones. This also means the belt surface stays smooth against the body and does not snag on inner garments.

Can the Scuffle be worn under a duty belt?

Yes. The VTAC Scuffle's thin nylon construction and 1.5-inch width are specifically intended to serve as an underbelt beneath a full duty or gun belt. The slim profile means the outer belt sits without added bulk, pressure, or interference during extended wear.

Where is the VTAC Scuffle made?

The VTAC Scuffle's nylon material and belt assembly are produced in the USA.
