Constructed from CORDURA 500 den and TPU 420 den Nylon, it weighs 1.9 lbs. Available in Black, Olive, Coyote, and Multicam.

Built for a Tight, Flat Profile

The Tasmanian Tiger Modular Chest Rig 4xM4 uses a flat carrier design with slits that allow the rig to fold cleanly against the body during a tight shooting stance. That low-profile geometry reduces interference with a rifle stock and keeps the load centered rather than stacked outward. The padded hook-and-loop cover on the body-facing side adds comfort without adding bulk.

Configurable Carry and Attachment Options

The chest rig ships with a detachable, size-adjustable carrying strap and removable shoulder padding secured by hook-and-loop, so the fit can be dialed in or the strap removed entirely when the rig is mounted to a plate carrier instead. The main fastening buckles are field-replaceable (G-hooks are one documented alternative), giving users the option to match the closure system to their existing kit.

The Tasmanian Tiger Modular Chest Rig 4xM4 can also be combined with the TT Modular Chest Rig Pack and attaches as a 4xM4 front panel to all standard panel supports. Dedicated fastening points for the TT TAC Pouch 12 VL and TT IFAK Pouch VL are built in, and the covered hook-and-loop back panel can serve as a front flap when the rig is mounted to a plate carrier.

Laser-Cut MOLLE and Integrated Storage

The laser-cut MOLLE system runs across the front and the removable front flap, keeping attachment points clean and snag-resistant compared to stitched webbing. A hook-and-loop area on the front accepts patches or additional panel attachments. The two outer magazine pockets each include a small zippered multi-pocket with loop lining, providing dedicated space for small tools, batteries, or admin items without requiring an additional pouch. Removable 3D polymer pull tabs are included on the magazine pouches.

Features

Four fixed magazine pouches: compatible with M4, AR15, G36 PMAG, and STG magazines

Removable front flap: height-adjustable, hook-and-loop, with laser-cut MOLLE; fits SAPI panels up to size M (12 x 10 in / 30 x 25 cm)

Laser-cut MOLLE system: on front and front flap, with hook-and-loop area for patches

Modular attachment: compatible with TT Modular Chest Rig Pack, TT TAC Pouch 12 VL, and TT IFAK Pouch VL; mounts to all standard panel supports

Adjustable carry system: detachable size-adjustable strap with removable hook-and-loop shoulder padding

Integrated zippered pockets: two small multi-pockets with loop lining on the outer magazine pouches

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Weight

1.9 lbs / 0.866 kg

Material

CORDURA 500 den / TPU 420 den Nylon

Max SAPI panel size

Size M, 12 x 10 in / 30 x 25 cm

Magazine compatibility

M4, AR15, G36 PMAG, STG

Colors

Black, Olive, Coyote, Multicam

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Tasmanian Tiger Modular Chest Rig 4xM4 suits military personnel, law enforcement officers, and serious shooters who run M4-pattern or compatible rifles and want a flat, modular rig that can be worn standalone or integrated with a plate carrier.
