Constructed from enhanced ballistic material and durable denier polyester, the rig includes seven pre-configured pouches and holders that attach to a standard inner duty belt via snap button belt keepers. Four size ranges are available: 32–38, 40–44, 46–50, and 52–56.

Built for Duty Organization

The Rothco Deluxe Modular Duty Belt Rig ships with seven purpose-built components (a silent key holder, handcuff case, pepper spray holder, latex glove pouch, AA Mini Maglite holder, universal radio pouch, and baton holder), so officers do not need to source pouches separately. Each component attaches to the inner duty belt via enhanced snap button belt keepers, keeping the full loadout stable and positioned consistently throughout a shift.

Secure Fastening Under Pressure

A triple retention buckle system holds the rig securely fastened during active duty, reducing the risk of gear shifting or detaching during physical activity. Hook-and-loop and snap closures are used throughout the individual pouches, giving officers a choice of fast-access or more secure retention depending on the item. The silent key holder uses a snap and hook-and-loop closure specifically designed to minimize noise when accessing keys.

Sized for a Range of Wearers

The Rothco Deluxe Modular Duty Belt Rig is offered in four waist-size ranges: 32–38, 40–44, 46–50, and 52–56. Departments and individual officers can fit the rig to the wearer rather than adjusting around a one-size design.
