Wind-deflecting leather construction pairs with an adjustable cotton pull closure and rust-proof metal slider so the fit stays secure at the wrist. These gloves are available in six sizes (2 through 7).

Wind-Deflecting Leather Construction

The Rothco D3-A Type gloves are made from genuine cowhide leather, a material that holds up to repeated use while blocking wind from reaching the hand. The leather shell provides lasting warmth in cold and breezy conditions without the bulk that makes fine motor tasks difficult. For colder environments, the gloves are designed to be worn over glove liners, extending their usable temperature range without requiring a separate cold-weather glove.

Adjustable Wrist Fit

A cotton pull closure and rust-proof metal slider at the wrist let the wearer dial in fit precisely, keeping the glove seated and preventing wind and debris from entering at the cuff. The rust-proof slider maintains smooth adjustment even after exposure to rain or moisture, so the closure works the same on day one as it does after extended field use.

Dexterity for Equipment Operation

The D3-A Type's tactical design is built to preserve the tactile sensitivity needed to operate controls, handles, and equipment without removing the gloves. This makes the Rothco D3-A Type a practical choice for driving, yard work, and active-duty applications where hands-on tasks cannot wait for a glove change.

Features

Cowhide leather shell: durable, wind-deflecting construction for lasting warmth and comfort

Adjustable cotton pull closure: customizable wrist fit with a rust-proof metal slider

Glove-liner compatible: can be worn alone or layered over liners for cold-weather use

Tactile-retention design: maintains dexterity for equipment operation and general tasks

All-weather and cold-weather rated: suitable across a range of outdoor conditions

Specifications

Specification

Detail

Shell Material

Genuine cowhide leather

Closure Material

Cotton pull closure

Closure Hardware

Rust-proof metal slider

Closure Type

Pull tabs

Weather Suitability

All weather; cold weather

Sizes Available

2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

Certification

ISO Certified

Country of Origin

Pakistan

California Prop 65

Contains Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP)

Who This Is For and Isn't

The Rothco D3-A Type Leather Gloves suit outdoor workers, drivers, active-duty personnel, and anyone who needs a durable leather glove that preserves hand dexterity.
