It features a large main compartment with a divider, a front organizer pocket, dual snap button flap closure, and an adjustable detachable shoulder strap that extends to 42 inches. Two embroidered military patches give the bag its classic military look.

Organized Storage for Essentials

The Rothco Canvas Map Case Shoulder Bag's main compartment includes a divider so gear can be separated and accessed without digging. The front pocket, measuring 5½" x 6" x ½", holds two canvas slots and ten small elastic straps: a practical layout for pens, tools, and small accessories that would otherwise shift around loose. Everything stays sorted and within reach.

Secure Closure and Rigid Structure

A dual snap button flap closure covers both the main compartment and the front pocket, keeping contents in place during movement. A hardboard stiffener insert in the back panel adds structure so the bag holds its shape under load rather than collapsing when set down. This is useful when the bag is carrying documents, maps, or flat items that benefit from a firm backing.

Flexible Carry Options

The shoulder strap on the Rothco Canvas Map Case Shoulder Bag is both adjustable and fully detachable, extending to 42 inches. That range accommodates crossbody carry across a range of body sizes, or a shorter over-the-shoulder position.
