The canvas is unwashed and water-resistant, meaning light moisture and field conditions are less likely to reach the contents inside. Brass-plated hardware at the closures and attachment points adds structural reinforcement at the points that take the most stress during loading and transport.

Carry Options That Adapt to the Load

The Rothco Canvas Assault Cargo Bag ships with a detachable and adjustable shoulder strap that extends up to 51 inches, allowing the bag to be worn across the body or over one shoulder at a length suited to the user. Dual carry handles provide a second option for short carries or when handing the bag off. The shoulder strap detaches fully, so the bag can be stowed or packed without the strap adding bulk.

Storage Organized for Quick Access

The main compartment of the Rothco Canvas Assault Cargo Bag offers substantial volume across its 29" x 14.5" x 13.5" footprint. Two large open-top side pockets sit on the exterior for items that need to be reached without opening the main body: EDC essentials, documents, or frequently used tools.
